Jack wasn't suppose to come to the valley this weekend. I texted him on Wednesday saying, I sure wish I had a date for the Stake Valentines Dance. He sure is sweet and thoughtful, he came. Jessica and Tommy took us to Texas Road House Friday Night, it was really good. And then we went to the dance... Dance? What dance? We were very disapointed. Not a good turnout so we went home. Saturday we went to Carlee's 4th birthday party. Jessica attempted to help the girls play musical chairs. The birthday girl was unhappy, she cried, so musical chairs was canceled. She was a happy girl once the cake and icecream was served. She was so cute opening her gifts.
She stood in front of me with each gift with a silly smile so that I could take her picture. Tricias car was stolen yesterday, not a good day for her. That evening Jack and I met up with Tricia, Mark and Melody at Coopertown, downtown for dinner. It was an interesting place. The workers all have Alice cooper eyes. BLACK. Afterwards the kids went to see the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. I came up to Prescott with Jack. At 4:00 we will meet at his Stake building, there will be some big changes today, the wards boundries are changing.

We had a fun day with Carlee today. Today she turned 4. She kept asking, "am I 4 today?" Lastnight she spent the night with me. First thing this morning Tommy came over to spend some time with her and to wish her a Happy Birthday before he headed out for work, it was sweet. And then Jessica picked us up this morning to head off for her birthday fun. Jessica went and bought her some balloons before she picked us up so when Carlee got in the car, her balloons were in the car, she was thrilled. We went and had lunch at Peter Piper Pizza and then I watched Bryson at the table so Jessica and Carlee could go have some fun playing games. And then we headed to Marshalls for Carlee to pick out a toy. She decided she wanted a dolly and then we went for an icecream cone at McDonalds. The day ended going to visit Arlene. Saturday is her birthday party. She is so excited to have her Arial birthday party. Happy Birthday Carlee, Mimi loves you so much! We have so much fun together, you love to laugh, I love your smile, you make me happy!

Tonight mostly for myself I want to write some things that I am thankful for. I will start out with my oldest son Jarrad. Jarrad makes me so proud. He is always so concerned for my welfare. He has taken on a big role since Lee has passed away. I love him so much and I am so thankful for him. I love Pauline his wife and their 2 daughters. Jarrad has taken up shooting and he competes. He won first place this weekend shooting 500 yards. He got a new gun recently and is so proud of it and it makes my heart happy to see him get so much joy out of shooting and doing so well in his compititions. He has always done well in his compititions and has taken first place before but taking first place with his brand new gun was so exciting! He had a group of men ask him to be on their team shooting 1000 yards. I hope he does it, he will be great. He is such a good provider,husband and father to his family.

Nathan,is my second oldest son. I am proud of him. He always works so hard at every thing he does to make it just right! He loves to give me a hard time and it makes me laugh I am sure that is why he continues to always give me a hard time. Nathan is here with me taking care of our home, giving me less to worry about and I am very thankful for that. This property is very over whelming to me. It is A LOT of work! I love him so much and am thankful for him.

Derek is my youngest son. He lives in California now. I miss him and his family so much. Derek is a Mr. Mom and is proud of it!! I am proud of him. His daughters adore him as he is there for their every need. He loves his girls so much and is very protective over them. Courtney is a wonderful reader. She is in 2nd grade now and reads chapter books. Derek worked very hard with her when she was in Kindergarten with her phonograms and it shows. He is a heavy equipment operator but stays home with the girls as he knows its best for their welfare. Lindsey is blessed with a great CPA job that allows for him to get to stay at home with the girls. I am proud of him for making that decision, I am sure at times he may feel its not "manly" to be at home but he does his job 200%. I love him and am so thankful for him and his family.

Next is my precious and baby of the family Jessica. I love her so much! She is such a joy to me. Jessica and her family have been through so much with the loss of our sweet Caden. I am so proud of Jessica for working so hard to overcome the trials in her life. She is such a great example to me. We have so much fun together. It doesn't take much to get us to laugh together, and I LOVE it!! Carlee is such a joy and always has something to say and do that makes us laugh. Sweet Bryson will be 4 months old in 4 days. Today Bryson is the same age that Caden was the day he passed away. We miss Caden so much but know we will be with him again. Caden had just started grabbing at faces, especially Tommys face and glasses. Bryson has just the last couple of weeks started to try and hold things and it reminds me of our baby Caden. I am sure they were best buds in heaven. Jessica will always hold a special place in my heart as she is my only daughter. I have always wished I could have had a sister for her but she loves her brothers and they have a good time together. I am so thankful for her!

I am thankful for all of my family I love each and everyone of them so much, they have helped me so much through my life.

I am thankful for Jack. One day this year I will become his wife and I am so excited to think that he will be my husband!! We have so much fun together. We can be goofy together and I love it! We make each other laugh. We have both gone through a lot and are excited to start out new, making a new life together. He hasn't technically purposed to me yet. But I know it will happen eventully, we have some things that have to be taken care of before we feel secure in marrying. We love each other so much and are so thankful for each other. Jack treats me so well and help with the dishes! ;-) He is building a garage onto my house for us. It has been a lot of work on his behalf and still has a lot more to do but it has been so much fun making plans together. We love talking about our future. A simple future, sitting on our back porch drinking a cold refreshing beverage as he puts it. He makes me happy.

Jessica and Tommy had thier baby boy Bryson on October 5th 2011. He is such a cutie. Carlee is a proud big sister. Thank goodness for boppies,she helps mommy feed Bryson sometimes and is very happy to do so! Bryson gave us a scare. When he was 48 hours old he had to be taken to the NICU, his oxygen levels were going down and his lips were turning blue. They gave him se veral tests and everything came back great, they still are not totally sure why this happened. He got out of the hospital last Thursday when he was 8 days old and is doing wonderful, other than not wanting to be put down, he loves to be held. We are all so thankful for this little guy in our lives. Jessica is now the mommy to Carlee, Caden and Bryson Caden.

The girls in the ward gave Jessica a baby shower. It was very nice with a great turn out. She received a lot of nice gifts for the baby. We are all so excited for this baby boy, he will bring a lot of joy into our lives.

Jack is 4 months older than I am. On September 10th he turned 55. We went out to dinner to Red Lobster with the Farnsworths and his girls. Jack wanted to have their unlimited shrimp, needless to say we were all stuffed! We had cake and opened presents at Jacks house afterwards. Happy Birthday to the Love of my life! I love you babe!

This last weekend Jack, DeAnna, Lexi, Hailey and I went to Utah to Jack's neice Loy's wedding. It was a fun reception. The brides little brother Con roped his sister and her new husband Taj as they were dancing their first dance together as husband and wife. It was cute! The photographer snapped this picture of Jack and I. Jack and I have known each other 5 1/2 months now. At the luncheon Loy sat down and grabbed the pitcher of water and started drinking it, I asked Jack to take her picture. She has such a cute personality.

Jack went to Lake Powell with Joe yesterday. I am so happy that he took the time to go and have some fun and to get away. He called me tonight and said that they are having a great time. Lastnight there was a really bad lightning storm, he said some lightning struck really close to their tents, they saw it strike.

I have had a fun week with 3 of my granddaughters, Carlee, Courtney and Farrah. Farrah has started crawling this month and has started enjoying table food. When you eat in front of her you really get the "eye". She knows it is good and she wants some!! Jessica bought Carlee some new toys that she has been enjoying. She had fun making her mommy pretty. Carlee spent the night with me on Tuesday night because Jessica had an early doctors appointment. Baby boy Johnson is doing great! I have to share this story on here so that I don't forget it, it was very funny! Carlee (age 3): Grandma my bottom is sore. Me: Are you okay Carlee? Carlee: Opps your sheets are gross now! She has such a cute sense of humor for being 3. Courtney spent the night on Wednesday, we had a lot of fun together. We went birthday shopping, so she got her gift 3 weeks early. She is a Justin Beiber fan. She has a cute little voice when she sings. Today before she left we watched Jessica and Tommy's wedding video. She saw her Papa in the video and it made her cry so she got a big hug from grandma from Papa. Courtney has a lot of energy, she is definetly her daddy's daughter!!

Its been 2 days since I came home from Prescott. I miss Jack like crazy. I will be so happy when we can be together all the time. We both care about each other very much and enjoy each others company. Tonight he told me,"I could use a hug right now" I felt the same. I love visiting with him. He is going to the Cinders on Saturday with Joe to ride quads. I hope he is safe, I am sure he will be, he is a very safe "quader" is that a word? ;-) Jessica, Tommy and Carlee came over for dinner tonight, I sure enjoy their company. I am getting so excited for the birth of their baby boy!! 11 1/2 weeks to go. It will go fast. They are still deciding on a name. I wonder if Jessica will get her Dallas, I think she will!! She has wanted to name one of her sons Dallas since she was a young girl. I sure enjoy Carlee, she talks so much and says such cute things. She is a beautiful little 3 year old. Her mommy and daddy are taking her to see Whinnie The Pooh tomorrow, she is so excited to see it. Farrah took her first plane trip today. They went on their yearly trip to Michigan to Lindseys grandpas lake house. All four of my kids were here yesterday visiting, I love it when they are all here together. Nathan makes fun of me, he knows that I will post this. I love hearing my kids visit and laugh together. We have a skunk that is living under our shed out back, I am hoping it decides to "move" real soon. We definetly live in the country, Tuesday when I drove in, Arlenes donkey was in the driveway on the loose. She said she was exhausted by time she got her back into the fence. Yesterday Jessica, Tommy and Carlee came up to Prescott, they went on a picnic with Jack,me and his family. Jack cooked us hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill. The weather was wonderful! It was 67 degrees at Mingus Mountain. We had a lot of fun together. Carlee, Lexi and Hailey were so cute playing together. We met some men up there that did hang gliding, they were fun to talk to. It started to rain on us while we were picnicing, we were very quick at picking up and getting to our vehicles. The view was just gorgeous on Saturday. The hang gliding take off point is world known for being an excellent point for take off. We saw 2 rainbows, so pretty!!

Lastnight Jack took out all of his records from his DJ jobs back in the day. He was so cute!! This boy has rythym!! He must have sat there for 3 hours putting records on his turn table for our enjoyment. He danced for us with some singing. He has such a cute personality!! High High on the mountain, actually TOO High!!

On Tuesday Jack and I went on a fun date to Mingus Mountain and looked down on the Verde Valley, it was beautiful! I have a huge fear of heights and the last time I drove to Jerome I told myself that I would never go there again because it made me sick to my stomach because of my height issues and the cliffs are so majorly scarey!! I am glad that I went and tried it again, I told Jack if we were to fall off the road no one would ever find us in all of those trees and bushes! He assured me he was a "professional" driver, haha!! He thinks he is!! ;-) He did go slow for me, and did a fine fine job. Going home was much better,we were up against the mountain and it was dark so I couldn't see those dangerous cliffs. We had dinner at Grapes in Jerome, it was really good! Jack said his salad was the best he has ever had, which is really different for him he usually says every thing he eats out is just OK. We were all shocked when he said "it was super good"! It was a fun drive, I had to put my jacket on in July! NICE!! On top of Mingus there is a spot where hangliders can take off from, it is just gorgeous! Jack enjoyed scaring me by walking out on it. It was a great evening, we really enjoyed ourselves. We are falling more and more in love each and every day.

I had a fun Forth of July with Jack. Friday night we went to Texas Road House and then to the Prescott Rodeo. Jack dressed up as my HOT cowboy!! He was so cute with a cute personality to go with it! Saturday Derek, Courtney and Farrah came up and went to the parade with us. Afterwards we enjoyed the bootrace on Whiskey Row. That evening we went down to the square and listened to a band that set up their stage on Whiskey Row. We sat on a bench as Jack enjoyed making fun of people that walked by, he had a story for every person that passed, so funny!! He makes me laugh! On the Forth we sat in Khols parking lot with the Farnsworth family for the fireworks. We ate dessert from the tailgate. Fun times!!

On June 10th 2011 We had out 3rd annual girls trip to the cabin in Prescott Arizona. We had a small group of just 5 this year. With camp and vacations happening at the same time it made for a smaller group. We still had a lot of fun with each other. We ate every meal out except for breakfasts. As usual we had fits turning on the cabins water but I think I will acutally remember how to do it next time, well, I will know how to tell someone how to do it! There are spiders and bugs under that cabin! ;-) On Saturday Shelley, Cammi, Bethany, Jessica and I went to Wild Flower for lunch and then to Joanns to find material to decorate Jessicas babies nursery. Jessica bought some really cute material. Bethany and Cammi are going to help Jessica with her nursery. They are such great cousins to each other, I love it!! We all had a fun day together. We had dinner at Texas Road house where this picture was taken. What cute girls! Afterwards we went to Target, I bought the movie Just Go With It, that is the very first movie that Jack and I saw on our very first date. We finished the evening with a trip to Jacks house so Shelley, Bethany and Cammi could see where he lives. We thought about doing a TP job to his house and truck but I guess he read our minds and said now No TPing my house girls! It was a fun weekend. I cannot wait for next years girls weekend. I wonder if I will be married by then? HMMM!! I think I will be, I love that man and guess what! He loves me too!! What a lucky girl I am! And he is a lucky man because I have a lot of love to give. He is such a handsome man I am proud to call him mine.

I have taken Courtney to McDonalds twice this week, so on the way home today I asked her if she is going to ever take me to McDonalds, she said, yes Grandma I will when I am a teenager if you are still alive. She said I was just born in 2004 so I don't think you will be alive. Gee I guess I am out of here in 6 years? I don't think so Courtney, so McDonalds it is, Chicken nugget kids meal with a girl toy please!

Camping in the Sedona Pines

This last Sunday through Tuesday Jack,DeAnna,Josh,Lexi,Hailey,Joe,Sherry,Scott,Anna Marie and I went camping in Sedona at Spring Cave campground in the beautiful Sedona pines. We had a great time. It was so relaxing, I have never been one to go camping but I really enjoyed myself. Having all the correct equipment makes for an enjoyable time. Joe made us cinnamon rolls and cherry cobbler in his dutch oven, it was so good! We had the best smores, melting the hersheys bar is the answer to a wonderful smore! YUM!! Sounds like all we did was eat sweets. We grilled hamburgers, hotdogs and chicken but I think the desserts were the biggest hit! I loved laying on the cot out under the cool pines as we all visited with one another. Taking a nap in the camper with the windows open, oh my goodness, a little heaven on earth! I got cold the first night so the next night we set the heater to go on a little more often. I went the whole time without a shower! WOW! Not like me at all!! Baby wipes, I love you! We took bikes, Anna took a hard fall on Monday afternoon, her and Scott had to go home early. She was a mess and was in so much pain. She went to urgent care, she had a broken elbow, a chipped eye socket and a sprained foot. Her face was so torn up, and several wounds to her body. Some young boys found her and ran to our campsite. All the men ran to her aid. Other than that bad accident we all had a good time together. Josh and DeAnna went to Dairy Queen and brought us all back a tasty treat. I really enjoyed my time with Jack, I adore this man!! He makes me laugh and is so good to me. We love being together. I have to go home on Saturday, I don't like leaving Jack but at the same time I miss my family, I will be so happy when we can all be together some day. Right now I am sitting in his garage with everyone while Jack and Josh work on their man stuff. :-) It is beautiful up here in Prescott, It is 72 degrees on June 16th. NICE!!

Jack has 2 granddaughters. When they are out with us people think they are twins, they don't look a lot alike but they are 12 months and 2 weeks apart. Lexi is 3 and Hailey is 2. Hailey was born on Jacks 52nd birthday. Their mommy DeAnna does a wonderful job with their hair everyday!

Audrey had her first cheer competition today. It was so cute. 4,5 and 6 year olds competing! She did a great job. All the girls received a gold and pink trophy. Her team came in 5th place, they were given a metal. Afterwards we celebrated at Garcias.

Easter

I went to the Easter Pagent with Jack and his daughters,it was an enjoyable evening. Afterwards we had dinner at Applebees. Kareokee at 24th Street and Baseline at 11:00 at night, we had some good laughs. The next day was Easter so we all went to church together. After church all of Jacks kids and my kids came over to my house for our Easter lunch. Everyone met each other, it was great! My kids like Jack and his kids like me. But whats not to like about Jack, what a fun, great man he is!! We had a Easter egg hunt for the kids and Jack set up his tent for the girls to play in. What a hit! I make a birthday Cake for Jessica and Tricia. Jessica turned 26 on April 23rd and Tricha turned 24 on the 22nd. So they blew out the candles ( that wouldn't stay lit) together. We pretended for a cute picture! The day was a total success as we all had a lot of fun together. Jack showed us all how Roxy (DeAnnas dog) was probably walking around at home in Prescott because they were not home to let her out to go potty, pretty funny stuff Jack! Such a comedian! And a cute one at that!

4 California trips

Between April 2010 and March 2011 I went to California 4 times. The first trip was with my sister Shelley. Just the 2 of us flew over and went to Disneyland/California Adventure for 3days of fun! It was a great trip. In June I went with Jessica, Tommy and Carlee to Disneyland and the ocean, I have already posted about that trip, it was alot of fun. In December I went with Jarrad, Pauline and Audrey to Santa Barbara, Solvang and then to Disney land and the ocean. I really enjoyed that trip. In March I went again with Jessica and her family to SeaWorld. I really have enjoyed going on trips with my kids.

The second week of April Jack and I went to the dunes with his youngest daughter Tricia, his good friends Joe, Sherry and their son Marty, his wife Melissa and 2 year old son Cole. We had a BLAST!!! We went to the Coral Pink Dunes in Utah. They are beautiful!! I have really never gone quading before so this was my first experience. I had so much fun. I have to say it was the funnest thing I have ever done in my life!! We were there from Saturday to Tuesday. When we arrived on Saturday there was about 4 inches of snow. It was cold!! Each day it got warmer and the snow melted. They told me I looked like I had been on quads before as I looked like I knew what I was doing. I did not know what I was doing! I just followed Jack for the most part knowing that he wouldn't take me somewhere that would be dangerous. Of course he went on some very high dunes where I wouldn't follow I would just stay on the lower part of it and have fun. By our last ride he had me to the top of one of the highest dunes there. He told me he would be totally impressed if I went down where he went down, so of course I just had to impress him so down I went!! FUN!! For the most part we had all the dunes to ourselves. Very few people were there. One lady had to be air evaced out,she broke her pelvis. I am sure it was all pretty dangerous but to me it was just fun!! When Jack and I first met he talked about how he loved to camp and quad and I said OH GREAT!!! That is not me!! Well I guess it is now!! :-) I went two days and one night without a shower. WOW!! He has definetly seen me plain Jane and he still likes me so we are good! I am ready to go again, the plan is to do it again in September. I cannot wait! I am sure the fastest I went was 30 to 35 miles per mile but it felt like I was going at least 70! I am looking forward to doing things like this with Jack, what a great way to help build a relationship, doing things together that we love! Jack I love you! Thank you for showing me that I can have fun if I will just let go!!

In the middle of February I started talking to a nice man on ldsplanet.com. For the first few days we talked just a little bit in messages. I decided that I would like to talk to him on the phone. So the forward person that I can be, I asked him if he would like to talk on the phone and his reply was, Not right now ok? Well, impatient me wrote him the next day and said, here is my number, call me if you decide you would like to! HAHA 30 minutes later my phone rings, it was him. Jack and I talked for 2 hours, he told his kids this, BABYIMAWANTYOU (my username) from LDSPLANET.COM is kinda aggresive, I don't know about her, I think I might delete her. The next night he calls, we talk for 2 more hours, The next night he calls we talked for 3 hours. The next night, Friday night, he calls and we talk for 4 hours. We decided we would like to meet. When he hung up he told his kids, I am going to meet her!! His son-in-law says, Oh my gosh!! You want to meet BABYIMAWANTYOU??!!! Isn't she kind of too agressive for you? He said, Yes she is but I think I like it!! We met Saturday after talking just 4 times on the phone. Jack took me out to dinner and to a movie, we saw a great love story!! We had so much fun together!!! I liked this man on the phone and then when I opened the door he had me at Hello!! He is adorable to me, He is 6'2" and I love it!! A TALL man, I have always wished for a tall man, it took me to man #3, but I got him!! ;-) He said he fell for me on Sunday as he sat in church with me and loved every minute of it. He loves my smile, he tells me I am pretty and he likes my laugh and how we make each other laugh. I love his personality and his great sense of humor! We just click, we feed off of each others sense of humors and it is so much fun!! I love the kind of dad that he is to his kids, so far he treats my kids so kindly and with much respect. He is very kind to me and treats me with respect. He likes my cooking, uh oh! I better start liking to cook again!! So far I have met his 2 daughters and am going to meet his son real soon I hope. Yes I think BABYIMAWANTYOU and ARIZONA54 are falling in love!

I am going to start my blogging again. It will be interesting on what I write over the next year. No telling what craziness I will come up with, there is no doubt that there will be some. Since I blogged last I have had another granddaughter born on October 12, 2010. Her name is Farrah, she is adorable. Her big sister Courtney age 6 thinks she is wonderful. Audrey age 5 fell and hit her sister Laurens head and knocked out one of Audreys teeth. All of the girls are growing so fast. We all miss our little Caden that passed away on June 7th 2010. Caden is my first grandson. Carlee is talking up a storm, she can say anything now. Even things that we don't want her to say... BOOBY and POOPY are her favs!! My love life is pretty much in VERY slow motion right now, we will see what November brings. Derek is being Mr. Mom right now and is wonderful at it.

I have got to get better at my blogging. I discovered how much fun Facebook is so my blog is looking very vacant! I am going to start it back up because I am forgetting all of the cute things the kids say. Jessica had my blog printed for me for this last Christmas, a years worth of blogging and I absolutey love it. I have a journal now so I need to keep it up. It is priceless!! My sister Shelley and I are going to Disneyland/California Adventure this Wednesday until Saturday. We are flying, it scares me to fly. And we just looked at the forecast, 2 days of rain, this will be interesting!! We are going to have so much fun!! I kept Courtney last week while her parents went to Hawaii, they had so much fun!! Lindsey is pregnant we still have to wait awhile before we know what they are having, I am of course pulling for a boy so Caden will have a pal plus to have the Hall name carried on. But we will take a girl, we seem to do very well with girls around here. Courtney wants a boy she said, because if we have a girl she will try to take my boyfriends away and then there would be TROUBLE!!!! She is so cute! And of Course little Caden came into our lives On February 11th. He is such a joy, my first grandson! The day he was born was so neat. The nurse told me where to stand while he was being taken C-section. I was just right outside the door where he came into this world. I heard his first Cry. I had tears in my eyes, and some people walked by, I said just excuse meI just had my first grandson. What a wonderful day!! Jessica is such a great mommy!! Carlee is 26 months and she is talking so good, it seems like everyday she comes up with a new word or sentence. I love it when she says I love you MeMe!! She calls her other Grandma MeMe also. Sometimes she get confused and calls me MeMa, She is beautiful with here beautiful curls. All four of the girls are so cute. I will add some pictires. I still have to blog about Christmas and a few more things.

I haven't posted in a long time, it wouldn't let me sign in for some reason. I have moved back to my other house. It was hard to leave, I loved my house. But I am ok. Last month was Lee's birthday , Oct. 21st. Jessica and I were driving over to the cemetary to visit Lee's gravesite. Jessica said, Mom I can't wait any longer!! Can I give you your Christmas present early? So I said sure. She had my blog printed off for me in a book form. I LOVE it!! It is so neat. I picked Courtney up from school yesterday. As we were driving home she said, "My dad doesn't like malls, he says there is too many girl things at malls, so when its Fathers Day me and my mom go to Cabellas and when its mothers day me and my dad go to the mall to get her perfume. I took Courtney to Walmart yesterday and she asked me if I would buy her a toy. I said, you have so many toys, how many do you have? She said, oh about 100 but I need one more! She picked out a 65 dollar toy and said Grandma do you have 65 dollars I said no I need a husband for those kind of toys, she said, you do, Lee is your husband! Oh great help!!

Lastnight I came into the office and left Carlee in the front room. It got way to quiet so i walked into the kitchen Carlee had a cup and was putting water in it from our 5 gallon water dispenser. Lee I am really missing you today. I love you! I just read Jessica's blog it made me cry she is so sweet! You were so good to me and my kids. I went on my first date lastnight! Felt so weird and good at the same time. My last first date was 21 years ago with Lee. It was nice to go and do something. And the hug didn't feel too bad either. Some may say it is too early for me to date, but I know Lee would want me to do this, rather than sitting home sad. I would have wanted the same for Lee. He is a LDS man from Mesa, with a very good personality! And all of you know me I love a good laugh! A sense of humor is the best!!

Yesterday Courtney wanted to play dr and i was the patient. She checked my heart with a marker and asked me if i had been running down the hall way so I said yes and asked her why she asked she said because your heart isn't beating! Then she took my my temp and I asked her what it was and she said 150 degrees, she said I am so sorry! She said I am going to put some cream on your face to help your fever but its going to give you really really bad diahrea! Then she took my temp again so I asked her what it said and she said 0! She told me not to use the thermometer again because she had just used it on a dog! I cannot believe her imagination, she is so much fun!

When Courtney, age 5 was told about Lee passing away she said oh good,it took her parents by surprise and they said, why did you say that Courtney and she said, he is with God now and we will see him again. A couple days later I wanted to prepare her a little bit so I showed her the picture of his casket. I told her this was Grandpas new bed, she said well that looks cozy! Can I get in? Just 2 days ago Carlee 19 months saw his truck and said Lee, Lee! Jessica took her into our room yesterday to dance to Honey Honey, like Lee always did and she said Papa. Audrey has said some really sweet things too I just can't remember right now. I love my granddaughters! They bring me so much joy, it has helped so much.

I guess its time to make another post, its been awhile. Not in the mood I guess. Lee passed away August 31st 2009. He had a heart attack and passed away in his sleep. He was only 61 years old. Lets all take good care of our hearts! He had always said that was the way he wanted to pass so he got his wish just a few years too early. He always said he wasn't going to die until he ws 102! I always thought oh my how will I deal with that! :) Lee was a very good man, always so willing to help others. He adored his granddaughters and had everyone of them wrapped around his little finger! He was proud to be a Papa. His funeral was beautiful. Thank you to Larry and Bill for the talk and Eulogy it was wonderful. Thank you to all of you that took part in the funeral, I loved the music. Like I said in his Eulogy one thing I will miss is when he would say I love you Babe. He always tried so hard. The night before his passing he was doing his home teaching. During the week prior he had babysat for enrichment night and went on splits with the missionaries, I guess you could say he endured to the end. My family, friends and ward have been absolutely wonderful to me. They have made things so much easier to cope with and I thank each and everyone of you! The Releif Society was here before the firemen and paramedics left. We have been so blessed with the spirit here in our home it has been so comforting. Thank you for all the amazing food and time all of you have spent with me. A big thank you to Arlene and Shelley they took care of all of the funeral and cemetary arrangements, I didn't have to leave my house. They had me on speaker phone a few times but it was so much easier not having to be there in person. Shelley helped me write his Eulogy with the help of a lot of input from my kids and his family and my family. Thank you to Cammi and Bethany for the display of pictures they put in the foyer, it was beautiful. Thank you! Our R.S. President and Bishop have been amazing, thank you! Thank you to all of you that provided the beautiful music, I know Lee was there with us and was so thankful to each one of you Katie Winn in the ward is making four quilts for our granddaughters out of his shirts and ties. What a wonderful lady. Everyone has been such a great example to me. Thank you to everyone for the flowers, plants, cards,visits, food and help that you have given me. I know I am not thinking of everything but I am trying. The luncheon was beautiful and delicious, our ward went way beyond and made everything so nice! Thank you to my kids Jarrad, Nathan, Derek and Jessica you kids have been amazing and such a great support to me. I love you with all my heart! I am so proud of all of you I know it has been an exhausting 2 weeks. Thank you to Pauline, Lindsey and Tommy for all of your support and help. Thank you to Lees family for coming to his funeral from Wyoming, Utah and Nevada. I appreciate you. You have all been so thougtful and I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart. Lastnight I got to tuck Courtney into bed. It was her first day of kindergarden so she had a lot to say. She asked me to read her a story so I told her the story of The Three Little Bears. She said ok now its my turn to tell you a story. I said ok. She said but first I have to tell you something Grandma, I Love You! (melted my heart!) She told me the same story but with added characters! What an imagination! That was a very sweet evening for me.
